Firefox 12: How to save cached Flash video on Linux
Before Firefox 4, it was easy to find cached Flash videos and copy them elsewhere to save them. On Linux, the current caching method removes their entry from the filesystem and you can’t access them directly. Of course, Firefox still can access the data cached in memory, and we only need to follow the same path. This script takes care of copying the files from memory to a folder of your choice.
